This Kirkwood home contained original builder-grade white foil-wrapped cabinets and a work space that was not user-friendly. As part of the renovation, the client desired improved overall work space functionality as well as increased storage space.
The rearranged layout of the kitchen improves functionality by placing appliances in easy-to-reach locations as well as allowing for extra space at the extended counter and added eat-in bar area. The renovation includes an overall update with custom cabinets, granite countertops, high-end appliances, and a marble backsplash. The final product exhibits a rich, clean look and is polished off with soft paint tones and custom crown molding.
